Allan was referred to us in 2003 by Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and is a child we have less information about. The referred side also couldn't provide us with much data except Alan was leaving in the street before in 5 or 6 years old age was adopted by Torres family. But the husband of miss Torres is a drunk addicted and when he gets drunk he was always beating up small Alan.

Alan couldn't withstand such an attitude and escape from the house of his step parents. He was leaving for a while in the streets of Naga City until a year after he wasn't caught by police and brought to DSWD which referred him to us.

Alan has a small delay in his development which was probably caused by a trauma which was experienced by the child in past. Therefore Alan can't socialize with kids of his own age and still studies in a grade 2. But with help of our sisters and center employees he is rapidly recovering. But untill now he doesn't have documents or any other legal records.
