Joziel as well as her twin sister Jeziel was brought to us by Missionaries of Charity sisters. They were left to their Grandmother after the separation I Palestina Pili Camarines Sur. They were referred here 2006 by missionaries of Charity sisters who found them in a railways of Naga City, Camarines Sur province.

According to them in 2005 their parents left to Manila and left them with their grandmother who is incapable herself and needs constant care. The only thing we know that their mother's name is Katherin Grigorio. Parents newer showed up again and because of the poor financial situation of their grandmother children were living almost in the street.

Both girls were severely malnourished and had serious psychological trauma after living almost in the streets.
