The congregation of the Daughters of Saint Augustine in its social development work big attention pays to the education which can help to the poor kids to change their lives and have a brighter future.

Therefore one of the biggest role in the work of our orphanage and human development center in n Iriga City plays Fatima Integrated Farm School.

This educational development program provides the children and youths in the orphanage and indigent children and youth in the nearby barangays with basic education. It includes Fatima Integrated Farm School Kindergarten, preparatory, elementary and secondary levels. School has 14 regular attending teachers and number of teacher's aides and volunteers.

The school adopts Rudolf Cteiner's philosophy that education expresses a living connection between person, society and nature. Learning starts from the hand going to the heart and then to the head.

We likewise believe that learning should start from childhood since it's not merely a preparation fro life but in the deeper sense, it is life itself. Education according to our community is a lifelong commitment and they are bound to strengthen their commitment by providing quality education to the children and youth who are less fortunate but deserving pupils and students.

Along this commitment the Daughters of Saint Augustine community provides maximum opportunities for staff development through continuing education and participation in trainings and seminars to upgrade the teacher's skills and knowledge that will be beneficial to the promotion of quality education.

At present a participative type of leadership is being exercised thereby promoting empowerment of the lay personnel in planning, implementing and evaluating school programs and activities. Efforts to upgrade institution and improve the quality of service are being maintained through the active participation of students in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, staff development programs and on-going improvement of school facilities.

Daughters of Saint Augustine community remains steadfast in its commitment to the great task of service through education and the belief that teachers are now builders of the nation while students are the nation's leaders of tomorrow.
